- ·Tracer processes videos you upload and produces reframed outputs optimized for vertical/short-form formats.
- ·We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
- ·You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- ·You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- ·You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- ·You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- ·You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services or infrastructure.

- ·The processed outputs generated by Tracer are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
- ·You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
6. Payment and Billing
- ·Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
- ·All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
- ·Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- ·Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ·We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
- ·AI-generated outputs may not always be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing and validating results before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ·To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeWaves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- ·Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- ·Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
